2. Scope

These Terms apply to purchases made at studioknots.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

3. Products, pricing & tax

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£). Delivery charges are shown at checkout (e.g., Thread Tubes: free UK delivery; Blankets: £8 UK flat rate) unless otherwise stated.
  • We may update prices, offers and product information at any time. Obvious errors may be corrected or orders cancelled with a full refund.
  • Images are for illustration; colour/texture can vary due to yarn lots and screens.

4. Ordering & payment

  • Your order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs when we email your order confirmation.
  • We take payment by secure processors such as Stripe (including Apple Pay). We do not store full card details.
  • If an item is unavailable, we’ll notify you and refund promptly.

5. Delivery

  • We deliver to UK (and selected international destinations where offered at checkout).
  • Estimated dispatch: in-stock items usually 2–5 working days; made-to-order blankets may take longer (we’ll inform you).
  • Risk of loss passes on delivery to your address.

6. Cancellations, returns & refunds

  • Change of mind: UK customers have a 14-day right to cancel from delivery. Notify us by email within 14 days, then return items within another 14 days in unused, resaleable condition.
  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty/incorrect.
  • We’ll refund the product price (and the basic outbound shipping where applicable) to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of return.
  • Made-to-order items: your statutory rights apply; reasonable value reduction may be deducted for handling or wear beyond what’s needed to inspect the item.

7. Faulty or misdescribed items

If there’s a fault or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 30 days. We will repair, replace or refund as appropriate and cover return postage.

8. Accounts

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account.

9. Use of the website

Do not misuse the site or attempt to disrupt its operation. All content is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy product photos or text without permission.

10. Liability

Nothing limits liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for losses not caused by our breach, or for business losses (including lost profits or data) for consumer purchases.

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Cookies are explained in our Cookie Policy (UK).

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
